This Gin from the Akori team is inspired by the Japanese Cherry Blossom (if you hadn’t guessed from the name) and is made using a ice based spirit, however is produced within Barcelona.
The resulting flavours are Refreshing Summery Citrus notes with hints of a Spicy Ginger and finished off with a Sweet Floral Cherry Blossom which lingers in the mouth.
