Tasting notes. A deeply coloured, full-flavoured, spicy red with perfumed aromas of wild strawberry and black cherry. The palate combines abundant brambly fruit flavours with lightly smoky and savoury notes, a hint of bitter chocolate and structured tannins.
Food match. Drink with juicy home-made burgers with a slab of mozarella, or charred lamb steaks.
