Monin Black Forrest 70cl

From south west Germany, Black Forest is a liqueur obtained from distilling sour cherries. In 1915, the famous eponymous dessert was created. It is made up of a chocolate sponge cake soaked in liqueur and stuffed with cream and cherries. It is then decorated with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
