The inception of Seven Tails is unique. Cognac, Armagnac and the finest French brandies aged 3 to 30 years are finished in port wine casks to achieve a rich depth of flavour, encompassing tasting notes of pecan pie, dried fig, blackberries and toasted vanilla.
